However, many professionals—even those with Scrum backgrounds—choose to attend Agile Foundations to ground their learning in built environment use cases, AEC-specific delivery challenges, and our streamlined strategic framework.

A: Yes—for learners new to Agile or those transitioning from traditional project environments. This course ensures everyone arrives at SAFe® with shared language, tools, and a practical mindset for real-world results.

A: We embed AEC-specific case studies, infrastructure-focused examples, and capital project scenarios into every SAFe® course. Our facilitators speak both Agile and construction fluently—making our approach radically relevant to your world.

A: Not at all. While many of our learners work on federally or state-funded projects, AgileBuild™ training is open to all AEC professionals—including private sector real estate developers, design-build firms, contractors, and infrastructure innovators.

A: Yes. All SAFe® courses include access to the official Scaled Agile certification exam. Once passed, you’ll receive your digital certification, license, and a badge for LinkedIn. Agile Foundations does not include certification but does offer a completion credential.

A: CertiPrepIQ™ is our premium certification readiness add-on. It’s optional—but highly recommended if you’re new to the SAFe® exam process or want extra support passing on the first try. Includes coaching, study tools, mock questions, and a pass strategy session.

A: Both! We welcome individual learners, project leaders, and team members seeking to level up—and we also offer private cohort training, enterprise packages, and fractional transformation support for organizations.

A: Yes. Agile isn’t just for job sites—it’s for cross-functional teams, workflows, and stakeholder coordination. Whether you’re working on zoning, inspections, funding approval, or program management, Agile will sharpen your communication, prioritization, and speed of delivery.

A: Nope. We provide all course materials digitally and walk you through relevant tools during each course. For SAFe® classes, you’ll access materials via the Scaled Agile portal, (SAFe® Studio). You only need a stable internet connection, a device with audio/video, and your full attention.

A: Yes! Every learner is invited to join the AgileBuild™ Slack Community, where you’ll find resources, peer support, upcoming events, and monthly check-ins. We also offer post-certification coaching, consulting, and extended learning opportunities. For additional support, CertiPrepIQ™ is also available (see pricing) on the registration link.

A: Absolutely. You’ll receive a detailed invoice upon registration, and we can accommodate purchase orders, W-9s, or payment authorization letters upon request. We’re happy to support the procurement process with documentation.
